BACKGROUND
Over the past decade or so Aldenard’s criminal underbelly has been plagued by a foreign figure called The Peregrine Prince. A lot of what is known about the prince’s past is comprised of hearsay and dubious rumors. Some day he is the crazed second son of the king of a far off land, others say he was raised by ravenous beasts and others believe it isn’t a solitary entity but in fact a cabal of people working in the shadows. In actuality it is an elezen woman known as Bordeaux Belleroche, the daughter of a turali woman and a wildwood man from Gridania. Ostracized from her family, she began working as a mercenary slowly taking more and more dangerous jobs until her renown got the attention of one particularly wealthy, powerful lominsan merchant who hired her to steal from a famous pirate. The merchant’s hubris knew no bounds however and he attempted to have Bordeaux killed to avoid having to pay her what was owed. What exactly transpired that night is unknown but what is known is that a pile or corpses was found near the docks and the merchant was never heard from again. For those who meet Bordeaux Belleroche often thrive in excess but those who meet the Prince rarely live to tell the tale.

Carouser: Never one to turn down a drink Bordeaux’s free time is almost exclusively spent pleasure seeking. If one were to wish to befriend her this would be the easiest path. After all the easiest way into a woman's heart is through her vice.
Wanderer: She rarely stays in one place for long but work has taken her all over the world from the rocky beaches of Tuliyollal to the verdant jungles of Golmore. Eventually she would like to go everywhere in the world. Maybe a mission for the future.
Contract killer: There isn’t much Bordeaux wouldn’t do for some gil. Perhaps you wish to hire her for a job? Just remember, she doesn’t take betrayal lightly.
A life of crime: No stranger to society's seedy underbelly, Bordeaux feels most at home in places where everyone is equally untrustworthy. She doesn't care about anyone's past actions after all who is she to judge?
Dislike of authority: Past experiences have made her very distrustful of authority figures and she would sooner trust a beggar with her life than a soldier of the city state. She is not opposed to manipulating them when needed however.
Everyone has a story but not me: Bordeaux is not one to speak openly about her personal life. She’d happily regale others with tales of her exploits but anything related to her has a steep price. She’ll only share that info with someone she trusts and trust is not easily earned. What kind of person does she find trustworthy? One who is loyal.
